Streetscape Improvements
Ekistics Design Studio has been responsible for the implementation of City of Tampa CBD Urban Design Standards for portions of Madison Street, Morgan Street, Florida Avenue and Twiggs Street. This involved design coordination with the City of Tampa as well as negotiations with the Florida Department of Transportation. Ekistics Design Studio was the lead consultant responsible for urban design, landscape architecture, engineering and permitting.
