Ekistics has over 25 years of practical experience in master planning commercial, residential, open space and civic uses for public and private clients. Alternatives studies are integral to our approach to feasibility. We are both problem solvers and problem seekers - identifying problems, issues and solutions that that are not clearly evident.

The planning for our projects incorporates innovative stormwater and ecological solutions from the earliest stages of conceptualization and recognizes that efficient open space planning involves stormwater, wetlands and other site features into a seamless element.

In addition to conventional urban and suburban planning skills, Ekistics is uniquely posed to develop plans for low density rural, agricultural and open space uses. Our ecological and environmental expertise supports a resource-based approach to planning.
