Ekistics Design Studio was the lead consultant responsible for site planning, engineering and landscape architecture for the Florida Aquarium exhibit queuing garden, eco-parking lot, exterior exhibit areas/graphics, and administrative offices. The development concept was a low-tech solution to applying ecological principles to redevelopment of a derelict industrial site. Ekistics Design Studio also served as the project liaison with City of Tampa and Tampa Port Authority.
